ORDINANCE NO. 11-00 AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION Prepared by the Clerk-Treasurer WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual 2000 budget; SECTION 1. Now therefore, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of West Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana that for the expenses of the municipal corporation, the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws of governing the same: GENERAL FUND Mayor Acct. No. 1-1-392, Public Relations $2,000.00 KALBERER ROAD IMPROVEMENT FUND Acct. No. 12-432, Road Improvements $180,000.00 SECTION 2 Explanation for the additional appropriation: 1-1-392: City contribution to July 4, 2000 Stars and Stripes Event 12-421: Improvement of Kalberer Road, appropriating payments in lieu of improvements and interest earnings SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and signing by the Mayor, and approval of the additional appropriation by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
