ORDINANCE NO. 15-01
AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now
necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual
2001 budget;
SECTION 1. Now therefore, be it ordained by the Common
Council of the City of West Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana that for
the expenses of the municipal corporation, the following additional sums
of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund
herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws of
governing the same:
GENERAL FUND
SECTION 2
Explanation for the additional appropriation:
Implementation of TickeTrak system for parking ticket
issuance and tracking in Police Department and interface to the
collections database in Clerk-Treasurer's' office.
SECTION 3
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and signing by the Mayor, and notification to
the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
