Submitted by Department of Development RESOLUTION NO. 12-02 A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS ON HAND RESULTING FROM PAYMENTS OF FEES FOR LEAD BASED PAINT ASSESSMENT TRAINING PROVIDED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT WHEREAS, the City of West Lafayette has provided lead based paint assessment training for the City of West Lafayette for contractors and maintenance workers; and WHEREAS, partial funding for this training is provided through the West Lafayette Community Development Block Grant from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; and WHEREAS, certain fees for lead based paint assessment training have been remitted to the CDBG fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Lafayette, Indiana, that the fees for lead based paint assessment training be appropriated in the CDBG General Program Administration account and be used to further the Administration of the CDBG Program. General Program Administration Fund (13-01): $ 1,395.00 THIS RESOLUTION SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECTIVE FROM AND AFTER ITS PASSAGE AND SIGNING BY THE MAYOR.
