Submitted by Department of Development RESOLUTION NO. 13-02 A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING HOUSING REHABILITATION REVOLVING LOAN FUNDS ON HAND RESULTING FROM REPAYMENTS OF LOANS PREVIOUSLY MADE BY THE WEST LAFAYETTE HOUSING AUTHORITY WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Lafayette has adopted Ordinance No. 29-97 authorizing repayment of outstanding rehabilitation loans in the Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program to the Community Development Block Grant fund, and authorizing establishment of a rehabilitation loan account in the CDBG fund for the purpose of making disbursements for rehabilitation loans and other activities of the Housing Rehabilitation Program; and WHEREAS, certain repayments of outstanding rehabilitation loans have been remitted to the CDBG fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Lafayette, Indiana, that certain repayments of rehabilitation loans be appropriated in the CDBG housing rehabilitation loan account and be used to further the Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program activities. Housing Rehabilitation Loan Fund (13-05): $ 430.85 THIS RESOLUTION SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECTIVE FROM AND AFTER ITS PASSAGE AND SIGNING BY THE MAYOR.
