A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS (Prepared by the
Clerk-Treasurer)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST LAFAYETTE,
INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS:
The transfer of funds under I. C. 6-1.1-18-6, as requested by the
Clerk-Treasurer of the City of West Lafayette, Indiana has been found by
the proper officers to be necessary. The transfer is hereby appropriated
and directed.
